This included the specification of a broad range of premium fabrics; from velvets and printed textiles to sheers and high‑performance blackout linings, each selected to suit the function and feel of its space.
Beyond curtains, the scope extended to a mix of motorised and manual blinds throughout all residences, alongside sheer curtains and blinds across shared areas. Highly specialised feature installations were delivered within the theatre, auditorium and cinema, where standard solutions simply wouldn’t suffice. These spaces were finished with lush velvet stage curtains, grand hall treatments, swags and tails, and finely detailed elements designed to elevate the experience of each environment.
