Today, the family has built a thriving business driven by passion, innovation, and a strong family culture.

Founded by David Reilly in 2003, Reillys (formerly Reilly & Associates) began with a commitment to excellence built through David’s extensive industry experience and strong client relationships. With over 20 years in the field, David was driven by a passion for helping clients achieve practical, high-quality outcomes in the Commercial, Health, and Aged Care sectors.

In 2009, David’s eldest daughter, Cassie, joined Reillys soon followed by sister Jill, and later, by brothers Callum and Duncan, who left their own construction company to join the family business. With David’s industry knowledge, Cassie’s expertise in design, Jill’s operational insight, and Cal and Duncan’s construction background, Reillys are able to bridge the gap between finding practical solutions that work within the parameters and restraints of the construction process, but with the knowledge and focus on providing solutions that are fit for purpose and aesthetically pleasing for the end user.
